What happens to Facebook profiles (post IPO)?

Dave McClure posted last night about developer Blake Ross’s status message:

Right now, Facebook employees still openly share data about their lives.
However, as Facebook becomes increasingly high profile, will they start to censor their confessions for business reasons? At the same time, how would this “insider information” fly post-IPO. Social media has a few unique complications…
