Recent reports confirm that Facebook has been banned in Syria.

Right now, there aren’t a lot of negatives for the site. Ad revenues in Syria are undoubtedly negligible. But it does mean that the site is big enough to get noticed by the government (and the Press).

If any of our Facebook apps were banned in certain countries, we’d be disappointed users couldn’t access our work. But we’d love to know that we’d been noticed.
