Pages Redesign- A Better Product?

Techcrunch reports that Facebook is redesigning Pages.

It’s a good move.

Here at Lonely CEO Media, we obviously understand the value of pages, but have been reluctant to recommend it to our clients. For us, applications or ads for external websites provide so much more flexibility that they are preferable, despite the social nature of pages.

What’s on a Lonely CEO wishlist for pages?

Our first idea would be a way to frontline social content about the brand. With better discussions, polls, and tools, pages could become communities for brands. That might make them worthwhile- or even worth paying for.
