Facebook recently released a post about new Feed Forms.

What are feed forms? In essence, user generated feeds. As the wall and feed becomes more prominent, users will prize that space more and more.

It’s unclear if the new feed forms will replace the current newsfeed mechanism, or merely supplement it. Either way, it helps make things easier for users and tougher for developers. If you develop high quality apps, then that’s not so bad.
